A dental implant is an artificial titanium element that does the job of a natural tooth and that we place in the bone. Various circumstances may have led us to lose a tooth or molar that needs to be replaced with an implant.

- Check-ups at the dental practice to remove bacteria, check that hygiene is adequate, make sure there are no bacteria or inflammation in the gum around the implant, take the teeth off to clean the crowns or prosthesis and check the gum underneath.
