Can a class II be solved without extractions?
Today we bring you the case of a patient who, despite being very young, came to the practice with a very severe open bite and a class II malocclusion, as you can see in the images.
A patient is said to have an open bite when, on biting down, the front teeth do not meet, leaving a gap.
He had already tried to solve this problem without surgery or extractions, going to several dental practices, but at all of them he was told his problem could not be solved with clear aligners because it was too complex.
