Today we bring you the case of a patient who came to the practice with heavily worn upper and lower incisors. Her aim when she arrived was to see her teeth aligned and looking better, which is why Dr. Diego Peydro and Dr. Marta Peydro decided to plan her case together.

After analyzing her case, we found that the lower teeth were very crowded and tilted forwards, which had left her upper teeth heavily worn because of the direct contact between the upper and lower teeth.
On top of that, because of the bone loss the patient had around her lower teeth, they were starting to move, which meant she could no longer enjoy a good quality of life.
That is why we went ahead with extracting the 4 lower incisors and replacing them with two same-day implants. Finally, we placed 4 porcelain crowns on them in an ideal position.
That gave us enough space to rebuild the upper incisors with composite veneers
